About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Transport Manager to join our client, a renowned independent wholesaler within the FMCG sector. With a focus on exceptional service and values driven, our client are looking for someone to oversee the day-to-day transport operations in Kent.

*Plan and optimise delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
*Support the team in adopting new routing and planning software.
*Analyse vehicle tracking data to enhance operations.
*Manage the Profit and Loss cost control for the transport department.
*Recruit, induct, and train new team members.
*Oversee the smooth running of transport shifts across Kent and Sussex.
*Stay updated with Tachograph and CPC regulations.
*Produce monthly performance reports for senior management.
About you:
*Transport Management CPC is essential.
*Experience: Proven track record in transport management and fleet supervision.
*Strong communication, time management and organisational skills. Proficiency in Office 365 is required.
*Positive, proactive attitude and able to work under pressure.
