We are looking to recruit a dynamic Warehouse Manager in an organisation that puts excellence and customer centricity at the very heart of its existence.As a Warehouse Manager, you will act as the linchpin of our depot operations. Your focus will be ensuring the highest possible service and standards to our service users, driving, maintaining, and improving best practice operational standards. You'll support the General Manager whilst acting as an ambassador for our brand.Main Responsibilities:- Ensuring high-standard Health and Safety practice is in place across the warehouse- Management of warehouse P&L, promoting fiscal responsibility and accuracy- Analyses of KPI data, leading continuous improvement and efficiency - Performance management of warehouse personnel, rewarding high performance and mitigating risks- Demonstrating strong leadership to cater for motivation, capacity, and wellbeing of the team- Proper manning of workload considering fluctuations in demand- Being an advocate for the customer, putting service users at the centre of warehouse operationsAbout You:- Expertise, experience, and proficiency in a managerial role within a Warehouse environment- Excellent knowledge of Warehouse best practices- Knowledge and experience in goods in/out processes- Line manager responsibility in a complex, round-the-clock logistics operation- Strong team player ethos, with a desire to support the achievement of business goals- Stellar communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation skillsDemonstrated behaviours:- Leading and supervising- Working with people- Providing customer service excellenceAbout Us:We are a leading provider in our field, boasting an enviable reputation for our service.
