The role involves responsibilities such as supply chain management, manufacturing, logistics, fulfilment operations, and ensuring product compliance and quality control.
Candidates must have essential experience in supply chain and manufacturing, along with previous senior management experience in financials and personnel.
The position requires effective communication and motivational skills at all levels within the organization.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates are expected to have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Own SOPs
P&L responsibility
Oversee daily operations
Drive continuous improvement
Capacity planning
Production planning
Health and Safety
Minimise waste
IT systems
Managing outsourced and supply chain relationships
Product compliance and quality control
Stock control and forecasting

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience in supply chain and manufacturing is essential
Previous senior management experience, both in terms of financials and people
Able to communicate and motivate people at all levels, from shop floor to board room
