As a Quality Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of their products from intake to delivery. Your expertise will help maximize the yield of raw materials and maintain transparent communication with suppliers to implement improvements. Your contributions will support the production, commercial, financial, and logistics teams, ensuring that our products consistently meet client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and report on the quality of raw materials received and final products.
- Ensure all products meet legal and quality requirements according to customer specifications.
- Supervise production processes and provide detailed yield reports.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.
- Offer technical support to various departments,
Desirable Skills:
- Advanced English, intermediate Spanish.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience working in quality control with a fresh produce business - ideally berries
- Flexibility with working hours and weekend availability.
