ROLE: Marketing Executive
LOCATION: Mid-Kent
SALARY: £40,000 - £55,000 THE COMPANY
A successful business within the construction industry, is looking for seeking a Marketing Executive with an all-round marketing skill set with a knack for social media campaigns to join their team. This role is fully office based with site visits included.
THE JOB
Your main duties will include
- Social Media Campaigns: Develop, execute, and manage innovative social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to boost engagement, grow following, and drive brand awareness.
- Content Creation: Create compelling content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with marketing goals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, optimise campaigns, and provide detailed reports on campaign success.
- Development of marketing and communication systems, including CRM and SharePoint.
- Responsible for the design and provision of all branded clothing, PPE, merchandise and promotional equipment.
- Responsible for all company events, both internal and external.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in social media marketing, including paid and organic strategies.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
- Ideally Construction experience but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and keyword research tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Driven, hands on and looking to progress.
