Are you from a maintenance engineer from a manufacturing background looking to step up into a leadership role with a multinational company who offer a clear scope of progression to further senior positions?

These global leaders are continuing to dominate the food manufacturing industry. They are now seeking a team leader to join their team and help grow the business further.

This is a fixed shift pattern with days and nights shits, you will be responsible for 2 engineers. This role will include allocating and coordinating engineers to jobs to ensure continuous improvement of the production site.

The ideal candidate will have good experience from a maintenance background, looking for an autonomous role with a global leading business. Experience in a leadership / supervisor role is desirable.

The Role:

• Fixed shifts (2 days & 2 nights)
• Managing a team of 2.
• Allocated engineers to maintenance jobs.

The Person:

• Maintenance engineer with electrical experience.
• Leadership or management experience desired.
• Commutable to Maidstone.
