This is a field-based role, covering the Kent and South East region. Working 40 hours per week, you will receive a salary of up to £22 per hour, along with a bonus, overtime, company vehicle, sick pay scheme and a wellness programme.
What youll do as Refrigeration Service Engineer:
- Service commercial refrigeration equipment and plant, chilled water systems.
- Service a Small amount of Air-conditioning equipment
- Carry out site audits.
- Carry out toolbox talks as advised by Service Manager
- Promote improvements/modifications on the operating systems customers have on site.
- Support the capacity planning and work scheduling process.
- Ensure that the Companys technical and safety standards are maintained in accordance with Health & Safety Practices as outlined in the Company Health and Safety procedures and to make recommendations for improvements as necessary as well as the reporting of accidents & near misses.
- Provide technical support and coaching to team Apprentices
- Ensure that you are updated on safety standards and safety equipment.
- Heavy Commercial/Industrial experience from Factory environment or Distribution Centre/Warehouse.
- F-Gas & Refrigeration qualifications.
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
- Skilled in technical problem solving and customer satisfaction.
- Good customer focus.
- Relevant technical hands-on industry related experience.
- Relevant Industry qualifications.
- Honest and trustworthy.
