Primary Teacher (Maternity Cover)

£800 – £1050 per week via PAYE or salaried equivalent to scale

The School and Role
This welcoming primary school, based in Maidstone are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to work in KS1 class on a full-time basis. Working as a part of an established and experienced team, the desired Primary Teacher will be working in a Year 1 class with support from the Phase Lead and other class teacher. This Primary Teaching role is long term and potentially permanent for the right, inspirational candidate. The school is invested in staff wellbeing with high expectations of staff and students.
The desired Primary Teacher will have:
•           Hold QTS or Equivalent.
•           Experience of working with pupils with KS1 is desired.
•           Hold A DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
•           Experience with Phonics is preferred but not essential.
