The Role:

Job Title: HR Business Partner (ER) - 12 month FTC

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000(DoE)

Location: Kent - Hybrid working

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Overseeing and managing end to end Employee Relations matters firm-wide
  • Coaching and advising senior stakeholders, team leaders and line managers on all Employee Relations issues and guiding on best practice
  • Act as a mentor and coach to the wider People team on ER and compliance best practice
  • Support the People Director on amendments to policies and procedures in line with Employment Law changes

  • Demonstrable knowledge of Employment Law and experience managing complex ER cases
  • Experience working in a Partnerships firm or professional services firm highly desirable
  • A natural mentor to the wider team
