My client based in Maidstone is looking to recruit a Office Manager to their growing team. This client is looking for an experienced Office Manager who has strong organisational skills, travel arrangement experience, diary management and general day to day administrative support.

Duties of the Office Manager:

- You will be managing senior managements diaries and having the ability to prioritise meetings.

- Arranging travel nationally and internationally for senior management and team.

- Providing general administrative support to the team and inputting data.

- Attending meetings re financial matters and gathering correct financial forecasting information.

- Using excel to input and manipulate data for senior management.

- General HR duties such as onboarding, contract writing and payroll support.

- Ordering office supplies and running expenses alongside this.

- Improve companies policies and procedures.

- Acting as the first point of contact for the business and acting as a gatekeeper.

- Supporting the team for national and internation events and materials they may need.

Experience of the Office Manager:

- At least 8 years experience as an Office Manager/ PA support.

- Experience of arranging national and international travel.

- Strong experience using excel and administrative support.

- Payroll or accounts experience.

- Some HR experience managing general HR duties.

- Strong communication skills.

- Strong diary management experience.

- Must have driving license and own vehicle due to location.
