I am looking for a Social Media Assistant with a keen interest in paid media and a strong desire to learn for a thriving B2C company in Maidstone . This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to engage with the dynamic world of social media advertising.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Implementing and managing paid social advertising campaigns 
  • Creating ad copy and targeting audiences 
  • Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance 
  • Conducting A/B split tests to optimise campaign results
  • Community moderation and timely engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Some experience in paid social or digital marketing is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A self-starter with the ability to take responsibility and drive tasks to completion.
  • Computer literacy, with excellent knowledge of Excel.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager
