I am looking for a Social Media Assistant with a keen interest in paid media and a strong desire to learn for a thriving B2C company in Maidstone . This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to engage with the dynamic world of social media advertising.
Day-to-day of the role:- Implementing and managing paid social advertising campaigns
- Creating ad copy and targeting audiences
- Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance
- Conducting A/B split tests to optimise campaign results
- Community moderation and timely engagement
- Some experience in paid social or digital marketing is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A self-starter with the ability to take responsibility and drive tasks to completion.
- Computer literacy, with excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager
