You will ensure that students complete the work set for them in an orderly and productive environment. Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting a positive learning atmosphere are crucial elements of this role, ensuring that students remain on task and adhere to school policies.Your duties will include distributing and explaining work assigned by the teacher, monitoring student progress, and addressing any questions related to the instructions. You must be able to maintain control of the classroom and offer support to students as needed.
