Your primary duties include managing classroom behaviour, maintaining a calm learning environment, and offering support to students to keep them engaged in the lesson.As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver lessons across various subjects, following the provided resources and guidelines. You'll need to monitor student progress, assist where necessary, and report back to teaching staff on student behaviour, engagement, and any issues that may arise during the lesson. In addition, you may be asked to support other school activities such as exam invigilation or assisting in non-teaching duties.The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage classrooms independently.
