Randstad is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 3 IRATA Rope Access Technician to join our team on exciting projects across Kent.Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of rope access tasks: This could include:

* Inspection, maintenance, and repair of structures.* Construction and installation work.* Cleaning and painting.* Emergency response and rescue.

• Adhere to IRATA safety standards: Strictly comply with IRATA safety regulations and procedures for all work.
• Work independently and as part of a team: Effectively collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism: Demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Essential:

* Valid Level 3 IRATA certification.* Proven experience in performing rope access work in a variety of environments.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong problem-solving abilities.* Commitment to safety and adherence to IRATA standards.

• Desirable:
