We are seeking an experienced Temporary Agency Lecturer with a specialisation in Early Years to join our Service and Professional Industries department. This role involves delivering units on Study Programmes at Levels 1, 2, and 3 in Early Years, with the possibility of delivery across multiple campuses.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver engaging and informative units on Early Years courses across Levels 1, 2, and 3.
  • Prepare and present class materials and assessments in line with curriculum requirements.
  • Maintain efficient administration to support good student record keeping.
  • Articulate complex concepts clearly in both teaching and presentation settings.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and student learning experience.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students and foster an inclusive learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in teaching Early Years or relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy.
  • Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Efficient administrative skills for effective student record management.
  • Ability to travel to Bromley Campus and potentially other campuses as required.
