THE PAYROLL ADVISOR ROLE:As a Payroll Advisor, you will manage a portfolio of clients, processing payrolls efficiently and accurately on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis. You'll work closely with the Payroll Manager to improve internal systems, ensure compliance with HMRC guidelines, and provide expert payroll advice to clients. Additionally, you'll handle administrative tasks, such as issuing payslips and processing pension contributions.

PAYROLL ADVISOR - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and manage deadlines.
  • Competent with UK payroll processes and HMRC regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
