About the Role: As a Service and Maintenance Gas Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing commercial gas systems and boilers. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our clients' systems run smoothly and safely, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation & Maintenance: Assist with the installation of new systems and boilers, ensuring all work meets safety standards.
  • Breakdown Response: Diagnose and repair issues swiftly, replacing faulty components to get systems back up and running.
  • Safety Compliance: Conduct thorough gas safety checks, identify potential hazards, and take corrective action.
  • Energy Efficiency: Participate in plant room refurbishments, upgrading systems to optimize energy use.
  • Emergency Call-Outs: Be part of our on-call rotation to address urgent issues outside of regular hours.
  • Health & Safety: Lead on-site safety practices, including risk assessments, proper PPE use, and incident reporting.
  • Documentation: Complete detailed reports, service records, and other essential documentation to ensure seamless operations.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant Gas qualifications (COCN1 is essential).
  • Proficiency in using technology for managing workflows and reporting.
  • A strong customer service attitude.

Desirable Qualifications:
