A growing manufacturing business is searching for a Technical Compliance Coordinator in the greater Maidstone area.Your RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Communicating with suppliers to gain and review due diligence information, including filing records on the relevant platforms internally and for customers
  • Undertaking and completing the approval process on the customer due diligence platform
  • Undertaking supplier risk assessments as required
  • Reporting on the due diligence throughout the supply period
  • Overseeing the chemical surveillance testing schedule on a daily basis relating to supplier arrivals
  • Handling supplier recalls and activities for traceability
  • Updating accurate approved supplier lists for internal use and customers
  • Reviewing and trending supplier environmental data in relation to Carbon Emissions, Food Waste, Sustainable Farming and Water certification
You MUST Have:Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • Possession of a degree, ideally within the environmental management or food science fields, or a related science background
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and additional knowledge of Power BI
  • Familiarity with online sustainability platforms
  • Ability to manage large datasets
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills
  • Strong project management experience
