Job Title:Â KS2 Teacher
Location:Â Chatham, Kent
Position Overview:Â We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join our team. This position is full-time, and offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the education and development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, tailored to the needs of KS2 students.
- Provide effective classroom management and create a supportive learning environment conducive to academic achievement and personal growth.
- Assess student progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to support individual learning goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of a dynamic and cohesive curriculum.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns or questions.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience, preferably within a KS2 setting.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- A passion for education and a commitment to promoting the holistic development of every child.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual needs.
