Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated KS2 Primary Teacher for a full-time position at a Primary school in Thanet, starting September 2025.
The role is open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), with the potential for a permanent position.
Candidates must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching the UK Primary Curriculum in KS2.
The school is graded GOOD by Ofsted and is known for its supportive environment and commitment to improving educational offerings.
The salary for this position is based on the Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS), and an enhanced DBS is highly desirable.

KS2 Primary Teacher - Thanet

Full-time - MPS/UPS - September start

Tradewind Recruitment are sourcing for a dedicated Primary Teacher to teach a KS2 class, at a Primary school in Thanet. This role is on a full-time basis and will commence from September 2025, with the possibility of a permanent position. Both experienced Teacher and ECTs are welcome to apply!

The school is a multi-form school in Thanet, easily accessible via public transport and has on site parking. The school is also graded GOOD by Ofsted and highlighted the amazing behaviour of the students, and the school leader's commitment to consistently improving the curriculum and range of clubs for the children.

The Role

Planning and delivering the Primary Curriculum in KS2
Responsibility for ensuring your cohort is supported, and challenged appropriately with the work set.
Managing behaviour within the classroom effectively
Liaising with Parents/Guardians on the progress and/or potential development areas of students

Requirements

Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK
Experience teaching the UK Primary Curriculum KS2
Hold an enhanced DBS (DBS on the update service is highly desirable)
Have right to work in the UK
