Primary Teacher Key Responsibilities:

As a KS2 Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum, ensuring all students progress academically and develop key skills. You will create a positive learning environment, manage classroom behaviour, and differentiate instruction to meet diverse needs.

Key responsibilities include planning, preparing, and assessing pupils' work, maintaining accurate records of pupil progress, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver a cohesive learning experience. You will foster a love of learning, encourage curiosity, and support children's social and emotional development.

The role also involves engaging with parents and carers, participating in school events, and contributing to extracurricular activities. A commitment to ongoing professional development and the ability to inspire and motivate students is essential.
