Job Description: As a Primary School SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 support to students with special educational needs
  • Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support student progress
  • Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback
  • Help with classroom management and organization
  • Uphold school policies and procedures
