Exciting Opportunity for a Primary Teaching Assistant
Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant with a positive energetic approach?
Academics are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in primary schools in Maidstone and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will support teachers in the classroom, assist with lesson preparation, and provide one-on-one support to pupils when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Help with lesson planning and classroom preparation.
- Provide tailored support to students
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment, ensuring all students reach their full potential.
Successful Candidates Will:
- Have experience working in EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
- Be a team player, working well with colleagues and supporting pupils.
- Be adaptable and flexible, with the ability to respond to different classroom situations.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and a passion for working with children.
