Rikama Education are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a Primary school based in Maidstone.

Due to the nature of the school, experience working with Children in a school or similar setting can be transferred across.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support.
  • Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Supporting children's welfare.
  • Help prepare classroom resources and maintain classroom organisation.
  • Adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Requirements:

Previous experience working with primary-aged children is desirable but not essential.

Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to learning.

Experience working with KS1,KS2.
