A rare opportunity has arisen within a well-established manufacturing company located in Medway Towns for a Team Leader to work on a permanent basis - Night Shift.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Team Leader, working a 46 hour week, you will initially be training on days, Monday-Thursday 0600-1800.

After training you will move to Monday-Thursday 1800-06.00.

The hourly rate is £13.54 per hour and a 15% premium is applicable when working a full shift.

You will be from a manufacturing/engineering background, have previous supervisory experience and be happy to undertake an operational role. The position is very "hands- on" and you will be actively performing a variety of tasks in the factory including manufacturing and logistics .

Your main duties will include processing castings and moulds, operating various mechanical devices, slurry mixing and testing, manual handling and other operational responsibilities involved in the manufacturing process.

In addition to this you will be numerate and literate, be able to record data both manually and on a computerised system, have a knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and COSHH.
