We invite applications from technically proficient, Level 4 diploma-qualified Paraplanners who value a stable and supportive work environment. This is a unique Paraplanner opportunity as it can veer towards wither a supervisory team lead role, or eventually lead to an advisory role, with clients provided. To be considered, you will possess:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Paraplanning or technical role within an advisory practice.
  • A minimum of a diploma qualification, with aspirations to achieve Chartered status.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of key financial planning areas, including pensions (with a focus on switching and pension sharing orders), investments, inheritance tax (IHT) and estate planning, as well as personal and business protection.
  • Proficiency in understanding and interpreting cash flow forecasts, summarising key points effectively.
  • The capability to translate complex planning into clear, concise reports.
  • A thorough understanding of FCA suitability requirements.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with FE Analytics and Voyant software, demonstrating confidence in client-facing meetings alongside advisers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
