As a Procurement Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a customer-centric procurement service in line with legislation. You will be responsible for managing framework competitions and awards, providing framework intelligence to support recommendations, and delivering bespoke procurement solutions to customers. Your expertise will contribute to the implementation and success of procurement projects, while building effective relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on designing and delivering high-value procurement projects
  • Support senior partners on key procurement exercises
  • Assist with framework documentation and management
  • Collect and analyse framework data
  • Liaise with contractors to identify market opportunities
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Represent the organisation in a professional manner at all times

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and practical application of current procurement legislation
  • Experience in public sector procurement processes and contracts
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong planning, organisational, and analytical skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement platforms
