Our Client are an award winning Subcontractor.

THE JOB

Day to day duties to include the following:

Assisting the site based Senior Quantity Surveyor
Regular travel to site with local office
Deal with valuations & payment notices.
Provide a detailed cost budget plan and share with the site team.
Maintain schedules of quantities and price them for the prime cost budget.
Prepare estimates of all costs including sub-contractors & materials.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Happy to travel to sites across Kent
Experienced in working with subcontractors
Degree/HND qualification in quantity surveying/commercial management/construction desirable
Excellent understanding of Excel
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Good negotiation and communication skills
Good time management skills
Self-motivating
Highly numerate
Evidence of maintaining a professional, consistent, and fair approach
