The Role: Your expertise will be key in ensuring that these projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in managing the financial aspects of various educational projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for various construction projects.
  • Oversee procurement processes and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor project costs and performance, implementing effective cost control measures.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any financial concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with a focus on educational projects.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
