SENIOR / QUANTITY SURVEYOR

O'Neill & Brennan are working with a leading Developer, who have an immediate requirement for a Senior / Quantity Surveyor to work on a 9 month contract on a project based in Kent.

The project for this position is a £35m new build residential development, consisting of hundreds of units and due to be ongoing for another year. You will be site based full time with a commercial team and report directly into the Managing Quantity Surveyor.

Your duties as a Quantity Surveyor will be cost management, price variations and subcontractor accounts. It would be highly beneficial to have worked on a leisure centre project previously.

This role will suit Quantity Surveyors with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience, and developer building experience.
