Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with MRICS preferred and experience in commercial and industrial sectors.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical ability and a passion for client relationships, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
This role involves cost planning, project management, and leading both residential and commercial projects from feasibility to completion.
The position offers a salary of £60,000 to £70,000, along with flexible and hybrid working options based in Kent.
Candidates should be confident, client-facing, and experienced in mentoring junior staff, contributing to a close-knit team environment.

MCRIS prefered
Commercial and industrial sectors experience preferred
Ideally a Senior QS or an intermediate looking to level up

Cost planning & estimating
Leading residential & commercial projects from feasibility to completion
Project management & contract administration
Programming, claims & dispute resolution
Managing and mentoring APC candidates
Leading client meetings & supporting business development
Reporting to directors and helping shape the QS function

MRICS preferred
Strong across both residential & commercial sectors
Confident, client-facing & commercially aware
Experience mentoring junior staff
