Our client is looking for a Floating Branch Manager to cover holidays, vacancies, and sickness across the Kent & Sussex area, taking on all Branch Manager responsibilities. You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, offering personal, professional estate agency expertise and advice to ensure their customers receive the best possible service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Motivating, inspiring, and managing the team, including running morning meetings and coaching sessions
  • Collaborating with your team to list new properties, develop strategies, and match potential buyers
  • Successfully listing properties and advising vendors on selling their homes for the best price and service
  • Keeping up to date with market trends to build a reputation as a local property expert

The Package

  • Basic Salary: £30,000 (with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months)
  • On Target Earnings: £45,000 - £55,000 + £4,000 Car Allowance or Company Car
  • Work Pattern: 5 days a week, including some Saturdays (2 days on, 1 day off)
