Job Title: Property Viewing Agent

Location: Maidstone - Working from home unless attending a viewing.

Duration: Permanent

Salary: 23,000 per annum + Commission ( OTE 28k - 30k) + Benefits package 37.5hrs

As a Viewing Agent, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and overall success of your local market. You will oversee the implementation of marketing and sales strategies and work closely with a team of real estate agents to help clients buy and sell properties.

Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge :
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and engage with clients.

* Previous experience in property sales, customer service, or a similar role is highly desirable.

* A strong understanding of the local real estate market, property trends, and regulations.

* A valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle, with the flexibility to travel within location and surrounding areas.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, balancing multiple appointments and tasks.

* Professional appearance and demeanour, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

* Ability to identify upselling opportunities and present relevant products and services to potential buyers.

* Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

* Working flexibly over 8am-8pm, 7 days a week can mean we get immersed in always engaging with buyers, so it's important to manage own time carefully.

Key Responsibilities

* Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential buyers, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.

* Present properties in the best possible light, highlighting key features and addressing any concerns or questions raised by potential buyers.

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our property portfolio, local market trends, and the unique selling points of each property.

* Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication to ensure their needs are met.

* Upsell relevant products and services to potential buyers such as mortgage and conveyancing services, home insurance or property management.

* Provide timely and accurate 3feedback to the sales team following viewings, enable them to adjust marketing strategies or negotiate effectively with potential buyers.

* Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new business and contribute to the overall success of the company.

* Ensure all client and property information is managed in a confidential and professional manner, adhering to data protection regulations and company policies.
