We are excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint a new Commercial Property Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract.

What you'll be doing

In this varied role you will be working within a small fast-paced team who are ambitious in meeting deadlines and achieving outcomes against targets.

Your role will be to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of day-to-day operations within the Commercial portfolio, focusing on garages, parking bays, licenses, and commercial units.

Through effective commercial property management, you’ll collaborate to review and manage Golding’s portfolio, in line with current processes and budgets, to reduce voids, maximise income and identify sites for investment and /or disposal.

You’ll recover income in line with Goldings policies which will include non-payment procedures, providing welfare benefit advice, rent setting and service charge recovery and where necessary using enforcement action including liaison with bailiffs on evictions.

You’ll also contribute to the implementation of Goldings mixed tenure management strategy ensuring that the mix of properties support sustainable communities.

More about you. What can you bring?

We are looking for someone with property management experience, ideally within the management of commercial, licenses and freehold properties. You’ll have an understanding of the relevant terminology and legislation and be able to respond to complex enquiries with confidence.

Frontline customer service experience with fantastic communication skills (verbal and written) is essential for this position. Ideally, you’ll have industry knowledge and you'll be accustomed to dealing with maximising income and income recovery.

When and where you'll be doing it

You will enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £39,300 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
