Temporary assignment immediate start in January

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a receptionist to work on a part time temporary basis for up to 2 months. This assignment has the potential to be extended for our well-established client based in Maidstone.

Our client is looking for an organised, driven, and confident individual to provide exceptional customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact to all visitors and employees!

Duties for this role include:

  • Welcoming all external visitors to the office as well as staff members.
  • Handling all incoming calls.
  • General email and inbox correspondence.
  • Ensure all supplies and office stock are filled and equipped.
  • Arrange and book all employee travel using business accounts, always keeping trackers and systems up to date.
  • Any other duties as required.

The successful candidate for this position will have:

  • Previous experience working within a receptionist position.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Worked with a CRM database and SharePoint.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and able to work with multiple spreadsheets.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well independently and manage own workload.
  • Exceptional telephone manner.
