HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
START: Immediately
Office Angels are proud to be working with this successful local business in their search for a Receptionist. This is a temporary position starting immediately so please only apply if you can start within a few days. You will be based in ultra modern, open plan offices with ample free parking on site.
The day to day duties in this role would be:
- Based on a busy corporate reception desk
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering calls to the office, taking message and transferring to other departments
- Administration support for the team
- Helping with client lunches and setting up meeting rooms
- Post duties, filing and photocopying
- Topping up kitchen and stationery supplies
- Making refreshments, room bookings and helping staff when needed
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
- A professional telephone manner with strong communication skills
- Experience in an office based role
- A can do and team player attitude
