The Role

As a 360 Education Recruiter, you’ll have the opportunity to manage the full recruitment process, from building relationships with schools to sourcing top-tier candidates. This is a great chance to develop your career in a rewarding sector where you can truly make a difference.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business Development: Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, academies, and colleges across Kent.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Attracting, screening, and placing high-quality teachers and support staff into roles that match their skills and aspirations.
  • Client Management: Acting as a trusted partner to education leaders, understanding their recruitment needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Negotiating contracts, fees, and rates to achieve successful placements while maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all candidates meet safeguarding and compliance standards in line with industry regulations.

Previous recruitment experience gained from the Education sector.

  • Experience: A track record in 180 recruitment, delivery, or trainee consulting, with a desire to progress into a 360 role.
