I'm working with an established recruitment brand to find a Principal Recruitment Consultant for their Maidstone office. You'll join a high-performing construction recruitment team, with the flexibility to specialise in temp or perm, blue collar or white collar-whatever plays to your strengths.

The role:
- Managing high-value client relationships
- Leading the recruitment process for complex, high-impact placements
- Developing new business and nurturing key accounts
- Providing expert insights to clients in your niche market
- Negotiating offers and maximising fee potential
- Hitting targets and continuing your success streak
You need:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience
- Proven success in hitting targets and earning fees
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A track record in business development and maintaining key clients
- Deep market expertise and a passion for being a thought leader
- Self-driven, resilient, and ready to make an impact
