I'm working with an established recruitment brand to find a Principal Recruitment Consultant for their Maidstone office. You'll join a high-performing construction recruitment team, with the flexibility to specialise in temp or perm, blue collar or white collar-whatever plays to your strengths.

Important:

Basic salary: 42k-45k + uncapped commission
On Target Earnings: 90k+

2+ years of recruitment experience
Proven success in hitting targets and earning fees
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A track record in business development and maintaining key clients
Deep market expertise and a passion for being a thought leader
