Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Maidstone, Kent for a Recruitment Consultant.

 The role entails:

  •  Signing up and progressing new candidates through an online registration portal/ face to face.
  • Communicating regularly with candidates and clients via the telephone, text and email. Making sure that all communications are updated and recorded.  
  • Filling primarily temporary placements, with the addition of some permanent roles.
  • Booking candidate interviews and assessments.
  • Sending and reviewing candidate pre assessment packs.
  • Processing the weekly payroll.
  • General office admin tasks.

 The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous admin/ recruitment experience
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to organise your own workload effectively.
  • Holding a valid driving licence would be beneficial.

Other details:

  • Salary of £26,000
  • 20 days + 8 bank holidays.
  • Monday to Friday, office based.
  • Parking available.
  • Our client offers a degree of flexibility with hours.
  • The role will require flexibility as there will be an element of on call support as the agency operates 24/7. This will be on a rota system.
