What are we looking for?
- Previous recruitment experience is essential
- Able to self-generate leads
- You must be a self-starter, driven and hungry for sales
- Confidence to speak with clients & candidates at all levels
- Willing to learn and grow
- Excellent organisational skills
- Local or commutable to Maidstone
