Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:- Develop and manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and attract potential candidates using all necessary tools and platforms.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for client roles.
- Provide consultation to both clients and candidates on market trends, recruitment processes, and career advice.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial client briefing through to candidate placement.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, or a similar sales envionment such as Estate Agency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships effectively.
- High degree of professionalism and the ability to work autonomously.
- Must be able to drive due to local travel requirements.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
