I'm working with an established recruitment agency to find a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for their Maidstone office.

You'll join a friendly, successful construction recruitment team, with temp or perm, blue collar or white collar desks-whatever suits you best!

• Basic Salary: 26,206
• On Target Earnings: 50k+
• Location: Maidstone

• Finding and engaging top talent
• Managing the recruitment process from first call to placement
• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Winning new business and growing existing accounts
• Negotiating offers and ensuring smooth placements
• Hitting (and smashing) sales targets

• 6+ months of recruitment experience
• Eligibility to work in the UK (no restrictions)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Money-motivated, commercially minded, and results-driven
• Organised, proactive, and resilient
• A natural relationship builder who loves a challenge
