CPR Recruitment Ltd are one of the UK's fastest growing construction recruitment agencies. We are looking to engage 2 new trainees to the business who will be working from our Maidstone Head Office on our 'fast track to recruitment success programme'.
The programme will last for 6 months and take you from complete recruitment newcomer to a fully fledged consultant working on an established recruitment desk.
What does the programme look like:
- 121 training and development with a variety of CPR's top billers and managers
- External training on sales and business development
- Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly incentives
- A structured plan from day 1, clearly outlining your expectations and what CPR will be working on for you to acheive in your career

- Working in our Central Maidstone Head Office
- Site visits and client days with experienced consultants
