Temporary Governance Administrator

35 hours per week, ongoing (3-4 months as a minimum)

Maidstone (hybrid working)

c.£18 an hour (neg DOE)

We are looking for a Board Level Administrator with an exceptional attention to detail to join them on an ongoing basis, supporting the Governance and Compliance team.

Duties for this role include:


Extensive minute taking at Board Level within a Governance environment

Providing comprehensive top level administrative support to the Board

Maintaining online systems

Accurate documentation

Proactive communication

Collating, analysing and presenting MI data

Raising purchase orders and dealing with invoices including queries

Acting as a first line of enquiry for any Governance or Compliance queries on behalf of the Director, including investigation, action and escalation

Any other duties as required


To be considered for this role you will be:

Available and able to commit to a temporary role on an ongoing basis

Able to work until 7pm on occasion, including on the 5th December

A meticulous senior administrative professional with a relevant background working within a regulated environment with some previous experience in governance (social housing; council; NHS experience would be ideal)

A professional minute taker with a proven track record

An exceptional communicator with a good grasp on the English language, both written and verbal

A pro-active person with the ability to pre-empt problems and use initiative to solve them

An advanced user of all MS Office packages

Tech savvy generally

Familiar with social housing, ideally with some working experience of this sector
