Laboratory Technician Role:
Your main duties will be:
- Prepare and extract analytical samples and reagents,
- Perform basic analysis using classical wet chemistry techniques in line with laboratory test procedures.
- Conduct basic laboratory tests as required.
- Calculate and record results accurately.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Follow quality control procedures to maintain high standards.
- Input data into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Perform calibration and checks on equipment and balances.
Your Background:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A minimum of GCSE grade C or above in Science, Maths and English or equivalent laboratory experience.
Industrial laboratory experience desirable but not essential.
