We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Medway. This full-time position is offered on a term-by-term booking basis, starting in January. The role is ideal for a dedicated educator who is passionate about imparting business knowledge and preparing students for their future careers.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons to students across Key Stages 4 and 5.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and tailored support to ensure academic development.
• Develop and utilize interactive teaching methods to enhance student learning experiences.
• Maintain up-to-date records of students’ attendance, assessments, and grades.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to integrate interdisciplinary approaches into the curriculum.
• Participate in school meetings and events, contributing to the broader educational mission of the school.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level.
• Strong understanding of the current curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
