About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic English Graduate for an educational role. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a classroom environment and make a positive impact on students' learning journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons to students of various abilities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them with reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Support the planning and preparation of lessons, learning activities, and educational resources.
- Help to create a positive and stimulating learning environment by engaging students in discussions and activities.
- Offer feedback and support to students, encouraging their academic and personal growth.
- Assist with marking and providing feedback under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience of students.
- Maintain a professional and approachable manner, building positive relationships with students and colleagues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
A passion for education and working with children.
