Your primary duties include developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum, utilising a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation. You will continuously assess the children in different ways, providing constructive feedback to promote improvement.In addition, you will be expected to manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and conducive learning atmosphere. Collaboration with colleagues to create cross-curricular activities and contribute to the wider school community are also key aspects of the role.
