Salary - £31,650 - £49,084 depending on experience

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a secondary school in the Swale area who are looking to recruit an outstanding Social Sciences Teacher for a January start - full time. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Social Sciences Teacher working across KS3 and KS4 within a secondary school setting.

The role:

  • Plan and deliver Social Sciences lessons across KS3 and KS4 year groups
  • Monitor progress and provide additional support to ensure every student achieves their full potential
  • Liaise closely with the Social Sciences Departments, attending meetings and CPD training when required

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience of teaching across KS3 and KS4 students within a secondary setting
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Social Sciences
  • Legal Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
